Information you provide
When you submit a ministry meeting request, church digital-help request, or directory information, we collect the contact details and other information you choose to provide. This can include your name, church or organization, email address, phone number, location, chosen services, and comments.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to reply personally, plan ministry or church-help services, and manage requests. Directory submissions are reviewed before any information is published. Private meeting and digital-help requests are not published as directory listings.
Website analytics and advertising
The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and completed inquiries. Some Higher Calling pages offer an optional choice to allow Meta Pixel measurement of page views and successful inquiries. Meta Pixel is not loaded unless you choose to allow it. You can decline and still submit forms or use every church service.
If allowed, Meta may receive the page address, standard technical/browser information, cookies or similar identifiers, and a generic page-view or completed-inquiry event. We do not intentionally pass your church name, typed form details, email address, phone number, or submission reference through Meta events. Meta may separately process the data it receives under its own policies. You can change your choice using the Advertising privacy choices link on eligible Higher Calling pages. We also save campaign-source information with submitted inquiries for our private dashboard.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare database and reviewed by our ministry team. If email notifications are enabled, inquiry information may be sent to our designated ministry mailbox through an email delivery provider. Analytics and advertising providers process website activity under their own privacy terms. We do not sell inquiry information.
Retention and security
We keep request records for ministry follow-up and operational records and review or remove records when no longer needed. Access is restricted to authorized administration. No internet system can promise absolute security.
