Refined by Grace Ministries is a revival and evangelism ministry serving local Baptist churches through Bible-centered preaching, evangelism emphasis, and pulpit supply. The ministry primarily serves small and mid-sized churches seeking spiritual renewal, encouragement, and faithful King James Bible preaching throughout the Southeastern United States.
About the Evangelist
Steven Livingston serves with COME International Baptist Missions as a Missionary Evangelist, partnering with local churches to advance the Gospel through evangelistic preaching, revival meetings, and outreach-focused ministry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and has served the Lord in pastoral ministry, as well as in the work of church rescue, helping struggling congregations regain spiritual strength, unity, and a renewed vision for reaching their communities.
A Spirit-filled preacher and avid soul winner, Steven’s burden is to see people saved, believers strengthened, and churches encouraged through faithful preaching of the Word of God. He is also a military veteran and has been married to his wife, Michelle, for thirty years. Together, they are committed to serving Christ and assisting churches as they pursue the Great Commission.
Michelle also assists churches through digital design and media support, helping with website creation, social media content, and ministry-related technology needs.
All preaching and teaching is rooted in the King James Bible, with a desire to proclaim God’s Word clearly, faithfully, and with a Christ-honoring spirit.

The primary focus of Refined By Grace Ministries is revival evangelism, while also providing evangelism training and pulpit supply as needed. We understand the challenges pastors face and desire to be a help to the local church—never a burden.
Refined By Grace Ministries is affiliated with COME International Baptist Missions, an Independent Baptist mission board dedicated to supporting evangelists and missionaries through accountability, fellowship, and ministry partnership.
Through this affiliation, we seek to serve churches faithfully while maintaining biblical integrity and ministerial accountability.
